Gmail's own ceiling is 25 MB per message, so no plan can exceed that.

Compress PDFs before attaching — smaller files send faster and bounce less.
For very large files, link to a Drive file instead of attaching it.
Attachments are saved with a template, so recurring campaigns keep the same file.
