Email editor
Mailvern has a built-in editor. You never have to prepare a Gmail Draft or paste HTML from another tool.

Not Gmail Drafts
Some mail merge tools ask you to write your message as a Gmail Draft and then read it back. Mailvern does not. Your message is written and stored inside Mailvern's editor, which means Mailvern never needs access to your drafts or your inbox.
Formatting and content
- Headings, bold, italic and underline
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Links, including links that contain placeholders
- Images and tables
- Raw HTML mode for hand-written email markup
Editor toolbar
Formatting controls sit above the message body, with a live preview of a real row.

Sender identity
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sender name | The display name recipients see next to your address. |
| Reply-To | Where replies go if that is different from your sending address. |
| Alias | Any send-as alias already verified in your Gmail account, such as billing@. |
Templates and autosave
The editor autosaves while you type, so switching tabs or closing the sidebar does not lose your work. When a message is ready to reuse, save it as a template.
