Scheduling and Auto Run
Three ways to run a campaign: now, later, or on repeat.
5 min read
Send now
Mailvern sends immediately, batching and pacing the messages so the run stays inside your Gmail sending quota.
Schedule later
- 1
Pick a date and time
Choose when the campaign should run. Times respect your timezone.
- 2
Confirm the setup
Template, conditions and row range are stored with the schedule.
- 3
Close the sheet
You do not have to keep the sheet open. Mailvern runs it for you.
- 4
Reschedule or cancel
Change or cancel any time before the run starts.
Auto Run
Auto Run re-checks your conditions on a schedule and emails only the rows that newly match. It is built for invoice reminders, follow-ups and recurring reports.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Repeat | Once, daily, or until the recipient opens the email |
| Time and days | The hour and the days of the week the run happens |
| Scope | Template, conditions and row range |
| Pause | One toggle stops future runs |
Retries and failures
If a row fails — an invalid address, or your daily Gmail quota is reached — Mailvern logs the reason next to that row and leaves the rest untouched. Re-run the campaign and only unsent rows are picked up.
