Does Mailvern read my inbox?

No. Mailvern requests only the permission needed to send email as you. It never reads incoming mail.

Does Mailvern use Gmail Drafts?

No. Mailvern has its own built-in editor, so it needs no access to your drafts.

Where are attachments stored?

In your own Google Drive. Mailvern accesses only the file you selected and never browses the rest of your Drive.

Does Mailvern store my spreadsheet?

No. Your rows stay inside Google Sheets. Mailvern reads them at send time.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your spreadsheet data and email content are never used for AI training.

How does tracking work?

A small invisible image is added to the email. When the recipient's client loads it, the open is recorded and written next to the row. Tracking can be turned off per campaign.

Can I schedule emails?

Yes. Pick a date and time and Mailvern sends the campaign without the sheet being open. You can reschedule or cancel before it runs.

Can I resend skipped emails?

Yes. Fix the underlying reason — an empty address or an unmatched condition — and re-run. Rows already sent are skipped automatically.

Can I personalize emails?

Yes. Every column header becomes a placeholder such as {{name}} that works in the subject, the body and inside links.

Can I use Gmail aliases?

Yes. Any send-as alias verified on your Gmail account can be selected as the sender for a campaign.

Does Mailvern track replies?

Not yet — reply tracking is coming soon. Today Mailvern tracks opens, first and last open time and total open count.

Open the upgrade screen in the sidebar, choose a plan and complete the PayPal subscription. Every paid plan starts with a 3-day trial.

Can I cancel subscriptions?

Yes. Cancel from PayPal at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Monthly only for now. Yearly billing is coming soon.

Why isn't my campaign sending?

Check the status column. The most common causes are a condition that matches zero rows, an empty email cell, or reaching your daily Gmail sending quota.

Why is tracking delayed?

Opens depend on the recipient's email client loading images. Some clients block or batch that request, so opens can appear later or not at all.

How are attachments handled at send time?

The selected Drive file is attached to each outgoing message. The size limit follows your plan and Gmail's 25 MB ceiling.
